PCI is focused on people–meaning our guiding principle is to serve in a manner that contributes to the best well-being of patients and which is a proactive and valuable resource to our clients' healthcare professionals. We serve patients where they live; whether it is in the comfort of their home, in an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, or in an alternative residential setting. We are available to healthcare professionals around the clock to assist with ensuring that their patients receive appropriate and cost-effective medications.

We believe in showing tangible results, beginning with patients, their families, and their care givers; who trust and are extremely satisfied with our advice, education, and responsiveness. We show that our involvement improves patients' health status, reduces avoidable hospitalizations and emergency visits, and lowers medication costs. The guiding principle of PCI is to serve in a manner that contributes to the best well-being of patients and as a valued resource to our clients’ healthcare professionals.
